En el Centro existe la posibilidad de acceder al programa de Formación Dual, alternando la formación teórica con la práctica en la empresa, lo que permite desarrollar competencias complementarias (trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad, …) al centro de formación, descubrir el funcionamiento diario de la empresa y adquirir conocimientos, destrezas y habilidades necesarias para ejercer una profesión y responder a las necesidades específicas de la empresa (posibles especializaciones)..
Los programas de formación dual en régimen de alternancia estarán basados en la modalidad de contrato para la formación y el aprendizaje.
Con carácter general, los proyectos contemplarán un primer curso del ciclo formativo en el centro de formación y un segundo curso de formación en régimen de alternancia entre el Centro y la empresa.

Con la firma de la Carta Erasmus para Educación, desde nuestro Centro apoyamos la modernización europea y el programa de internacionalización. De acuerdo con el proceso que promueve la dimensión europea de los centros de educación, asumimos la participación en el programa Erasmus+ como parte de nuestra propia estrategia para la modernización e internacionalización. Creemos que la movilidad de estudiantes y de personal docente y no docente contribuye de manera decisiva en la mejora de la calidad de los programas de educación y de la experiencia educativa, profesional y personal que el estudiante pueda adquirir.
ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT
a) CONFEBASK is the partner Institution of our choice for our ERASMUS students because they are also in charge of tracking the students’ progress here in the Basque Country. They have proved to be very professional, effective and responsible in their monitoring of our students. They have all the information about our work placements. We also meet at their premises to hold information sessions. Apart from that, a very strong point is that they belong to the Basque Country Company Confederation. b) The geographical areas in which our Institution is currently developing the work placement are: The Basque Country, the UK, Italy, Portugal and Austria. c) Our objectives regarding our students are: -Make them speak English or French fluently. -Make them become aware of other realities. -Make them know other mentalities. -Make them feel themselves foreigners so that they can understand what others feel. -Make them adapt themselves to new situations. Our objectives regarding the Institution are: -Offer students the possibility of completing their studies with work placements and a stay in a country of the European Union. -Improve the quality of the studies at the Educational Centre. -Provide other students with a vicar experience, or even to the educational staff of the Centre, by means of the students that will carry out their work placement in the Erasmus Programme. The Institution already has previous experience in internal exchanging and cooperation programmes, as the Foundation has mobility around Spain, Italy, several South American countries and, recently, Guinea Ecuatorial, too. The Institution will offer the possibility of taking part in the Erasmus Programme: oConsidering that they can carry out the FCT Module with this Programme. oAfter having finished the FCT Module at a local company, so that they can improve the language. The Institution will offer their students an education of quality so that they can have the opportunities that correspond to the time we are living. The priority is that they: -Have a professional formation. -Have access to an exchange with other graduates from the European Union in the job search. -Enrich their experiences. -Share experiences and moments with young people from other places, as well as knowledge. The Institution will do their best so as to make students participate and assess this experience that we are sure will be positive and necessary. Finally, the Institution wants to be at the Programme’s disposal for the exchange of teachers or students
